  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
  5. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;

If you have already submitted a DMCA notice to one of our properties, you are required to re-submit your notice using the contact information above. As stated in the terms of use of each of our properties, DMCA notices sent to one of our properties and not directly to us, the publisher, cannot be serviced and cannot be deemed as valid submission of notice under the DMCA.
